Liquid Coating

Using many types of liquid coating specifications, Production Paint Finishers, Inc. meets your demands for high quality liquid painting and liquid coating. Depending on size, liquid parts run through our 12-stage zinc phosphate and Alodine (Alodine is a chromate conversion coating that protects aluminum and other metals from corrosion) pretreatment system. We can also handle oversized parts with our wand-operated pretreatment system.

We offer liquid coating in a large variety of ways, including Polyurethane Enamel, Baking Enamel, Acrylic Enamel, High Build Epoxies, Epoxies, Wash Primers, Polyester, Clear-Coats, Military CARC Systems, Urethane, Heat Resistant Coatings, Textures and Water-based Coatings. In addition to the multiple options of coatings that we offer, we also have different methods of application. This includes Air Atomized Electrostatic Paint Guns, Conventional Hand Held Paint Guns, and HVLP Paint Guns.
